The home is freshly painted, with newer stainless steel appliances, new dryer, washer onsite, ample parking, and a storage shed. All utilities are included in base rent, except for deposits and fees. Three pets maximum allowed. Minimum of one month rent and up to 6 months rent. Lease term is negotiable, or negotiable upon end of lease term. Landlord is in charge of yard/lawn maintenance, on a bi-weekly basis.
