OPEN HOUSE Sat Aug 27 1-3pm. You sure do love a brick ranch, in fact, you consider yourself a connoisseur. As you peek through the pass-through to the next room, you realize therea's a keeping room with fireplace. That wall paneling would be really amazing painted farmhouse cream! What a cozy room! Is that door to the deck? You confirm it is as you watch a family of whitetail deer disappear into the bamboo forest at the edge of the lawn. A nice sized guest bath is just off the keeping room. You open the door adjacent to the bathroom and see it leads to a basement. Score! You make a mental note to check that out in a minute. Back the hall, three bedrooms include an owner's suite. Lots of closet storage there. Another score! The basement begs to be explored and you scurry back the way you came to wander down the stairs. A laundry area includes a wash basin and you realize how much you've missed not having that convenience. OMG is there a half bath down here too? You notice the unfinished storage and also the outside access as you begin to dream about how many guests will fit in what will be your new media room. Outside, you note the back yard is perfect for a terraced garden with a wonderful flat area for a picnic table or games area. You wander to the bamboo and take a peek for a glimpse of the deer family and, as you turn around to go back to the house, you realize you already think if it as home.
