There is one assigned covered parking spot on the ground floor next to the stairs leading up to the second-floor condo. A small storage unit inside the carport includes four beach chairs and one beach umbrella for guests to use during their stay. Pets are not allowed. This is a self-check-in property, and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival.
