When you apply, an Application Fee of $200.00 per person will be owed for every adult ("adult" meaning "a person who is 18 years of age or older, or a minor living without a guardian") that is applying to live in the apartment. This Application Fee is comprised of a $150.00 down-payment that removes the apartment from the market while your application is being processed, and a $50.00, non-refundable Application Processing Fee.
