A quiet, nature-retreat, 10 mins to the city! 12 month lease. Tenant pays all utilities, pest control and lawn care. Contacts will be provided. The propane tank out back is partially full, and services the kitchen range as well as the gas log fireplace. The Tenant is responsible for filling to the same level upon vacating the property. There will be a $200 charge for allowing it to empty completely, as the Propane company charges this amount to us. Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon by Tenant and Landlord in writing. No smoking is allowed inside the home.
