We offer a temporary living space with all amenities for about six months from August 15th until the end of the December 2017 The Rockridge/Elmwood neighborhood is very popular. We're about 2 1/2 blocks from Rockridge BART and you can walk to CCAC or walk to UC Berkeley. A "walk score" of 92; a walkers paradise. We welcome you to a very bright and lovely studio cottage with a private entrance. The room is furnished with a comfortable bed with comforter, Persian rug, work table and a pro wireless internet connection. There is a dressing area and with clothing storage space. We're glad to provide linens. There is a privacy patio and a small but serviceable kitchenette.
