The apartment has a mix of hardwood flooring and carpet, has a fireplace, dark wood cabinets with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The apartments are directly adjacent to cherry creek state park which has nice running trails, mountain biking, other parks and so on. Also adjacent to the kennedy golf course and baseball fields. Most of denver and surrounding areas are easily accessed from this location.There are also garages available for rent on the bottom floor which is pretty convenient on snowy days, we have one that is directly next to our walkup. If interested, I believe ours costs an additional $150/mo. Most of the people renting here are young professionals, we haven't had any problems with noise or nonsense. Washer and dryer are in unit.
