10. Foreign material should be prevented from dropping accidentally into the drains, toilets, etc. Sink
drains should be covered with provided sink drain covers strainers. Sanitary napkins, paper
towels, or other foreign objects shall not be deposited in toilets but shall be deposited with other
waste matter and refuse. Clogged drains will be unclogged and/or repaired at the expense of the
tenant.
11. Tenant shall be responsible for closing of windows & doors in his or her apartment to maintain
security and minimize impacts of weather elements.
12. Owner shall have the right to inspect apartment at reasonable times with appropriate notice.
13. Owner shall furnish extra keys and replace lost keys, please do not copy. Upon the expiration of
lease, tenant shall account for all keys delivered by owner.
14. Please advise owner promptly of any malfunctions or difficulties, so that repairs and/or
adjustments can be made at the least inconvenience to you.
15. The landlord reserves the right to change any of the foregoing rules by rescinding or amending,
or to make such other rules or regulations as are deemed necessary to provide for the comfort
and convenience of all tenants, and for the safety, care, proper maintenance and cleanliness of
the premises.
16. Be considerate and courteous to your neighbors upstairs/downstairs; being mindful of living
above or below someone else.
