Thornton Place has two styles of apartments: Creekside and Plaza. Our Creekside apartments feature a stacked washer/dryer, natural gas range, full-sized oven, cherry or bamboo hardwood floors, a chef's stainless-steel kitchen package, granite countertops, garbage disposal, and a dishwasher. Our Plaza apartments feature plank flooring or Berber carpet, blonde wood cabinetry, a stacked washer/dryer, trash chutes on every floor, and energy-efficient appliances. Each apartment has abundant natural light, open floor plans, and unique views of our community. Application Fee: $49 per applicant -Security Deposits : $500
