Built in 1963 and featured as the cover home of the June 1964 Home Builders Journal, "The Parisian" was built under the supervision of Robert Walter Stevens. It is a French architectural home built of concrete and steel with a Regency style post and beam interior. Every room on the main floor opens onto the full length original tiled deck which provides dramatic northern views of the San Fernando Valley. The Parisian was recently featured in the Fall/Holiday 2018 issue of LA HOME magazine. The home was updated in 2006 and has just under gone a major renovation including a modernized floor plan, gourmet chef kitchen, new bath and bedroom, and hardwood floors throughout. Electrical updates, new windows and skylight complete the 2019 update.
