The house does come with an in-ground pool (an extra $200 on top of base rent, if chose to keep open, + annual maintenance fees). Minimum salary requirement is at least $5,000. Renter(s) is responsible for all utility bills (electricity, gas, water/sewer/trash) and lawn care. Renter(s) is responsible for any repairs under $100 (with owner notification). Any repairs +$100 will need permission from owner. Furthermore, if the renter(s) chose to have the in-ground pool open, that will be an extra monthly charge of $200 ($2,400 monthly rent).
