We are less than an hour to Redlands. Sky Park and Snow Valley are 15 minutes away. At 7,000 feet elevation, the winter provides some of the highest snowfalls in the mountain. During the summer you will find outdoor concerts, festivals, and fishing. A short walk from the apartments will lead you to hiking trails, there is a creek that runs along with the property. Annual snow levels rain from 6 inches - 3 feet. Don't worry though, the streets and our parking lot are snow plowed on a regular basis during such times. This unit has been reduced by $250 to attract short term winter tenants. The lease term will expire on February 28, 2023. If you prefer to remain in the place we can set up a new lease after that at market rate with new floors and an additional closet.
