Proceeding through the living room will grant access to a bedroom area, and finally the bathroom for the unit. There are hardwood floors throughout the unit. Laundry in building. Tenant pays for cooking gas, electric and $25 flat water charge for water/sewer. Landlord pays for Heat & Hot water. Tenants will also need to obtain renters insurance. Pet Policy: Cats OK with $300 non-refundable pet fee, Dogs not allowed.
