We are located less than 5 minutes to the JBER Boniface gate, around 10-ish minutes to all the major Anchorage hospitals, and around 10-ish minutes to UAA. This property is located in a great safe and quiet neighborhood and is furnished with luxury items. There is a total of 2.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms however we are only looking to rent out our two larger size guest bedrooms both furnished with very comfortable beds, a night stand, and dresser (see pictures for reference). These two guest bedrooms share one bathroom however we at least have another bathroom (half) downstairs. The other room we have is currently being used as an home office. Additionally, you will be allowed one parking spot on our property (we have a two car garage and two spots out front). Although this property is listed at $1050/mo, we are willing to reduce the rent for those who choose to stay longer after the first month and vibe well with us and/or if we have another roomie. No smoking allowed inside and if you own a vehicle, you must have two sets of keys.
