The studio has ample space, a floor-to-ceiling storage unit, a ceiling fan, large windows with blackout curtains, a walk-in closet, a TV, extra fast wifi, and a complete kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and kitchen essentials. All-in-one washer/dryer in the unit. The unit has a designated parking spot & street parking. Walk to the grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, Dana Point Harbor, Doheny Beach, and more. All utilities included ($200.00 cap) and monthly cleaning service included. Small dogs (under 15 lbs) with pictures are allowed with a pet fee. No cats. No smoking of any items. No drugs.
