It is a 3rd-floor apartment (top floor) located on the corner of Faneuil and Montfern in Brighton (Oak Square). The bedroom for rent is the largest in the apartment and has three good sized windows allowing for a lot of sun, a double closet with shelving, hardwood floors and ceiling fan. Common Areas: One bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen (with granite counter tops and updated appliances), and porch. Other amenities: In unit washer/dryer, dishwasher and ample street parking (no resident sticker needed). Pet friendly but will need to be ok with the roommates staying. Current roommates are two males both 33+. Laid back, friendly and clean.
