I have been a tenant here for 5 years and it definitely feels like home. Upstairs loft bedroom is available with the rest of the house shared. Has fenced back yard on a dead end street. Neighborhood is quiet and safe being walking distance to public transportation and grocery store. Nice yard with flower beds and veggie patch waiting to be created! Wonderful 3 season porch, washer and dryer in home, full basement for storage. ALL INCLUDED Rent, electric, heat, air (wall unit in bedroom), sewer, water, garbage, wifi, internet. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Proof of employment required. Shared household chores and lawn maintenance ( mower, weed whacker, etc. provided) and are an absolute must. Lease for no less than 6 months. Upkeep of home and yard are a must. I have all lawn equipment needed. Will include mowing, trimming, raking leaves and shoveling. Driveway gets plowed.
