Screening includes: Verifying the information provided on the Rental Application. Confirming income to verify that the household income is at least 2.75 times the rent. Contacting present and previous landlords for rental history. Obtaining a credit report from a credit reporting agency. Reviewing public records including criminal, court, and sex offender records. Checking personal references THERE IS NO GUARENTEE THAT WE CAN RENT TO YOU UNTIL YOUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROCESSED AND COMPLETED BY THE SCREENING COMPANY.
