Our "Beach Lover's Paradise" is just minutes to the beach and close to the Venice Fishing Pier. You'll be living like a local in this spacious and sunny 1-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment that's equipped with all the comforts of home. It's located on a quiet street that's one of the best-kept secrets of Venice Beach a calm and quiet beach area. You'll be immersed in a real neighborhood of friendly beach lovers and steps away from famous and fun attractions. Newly renovated, the condo features all new flooring, doors and windows, as well as a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The living room area is quite sunny and has a comfy deep-seated L-shaped couch and 70" SMART TV that's connected to premium streaming cable. There's a large dining table that is also a great workspace. The bedroom has a large and lux king-sized bed and also a desk where you can get some work done if needed. There's a 32" SMART TV with a ROKU box that is connected to premium streaming cable. It has a large closet space with a dresser as well. The bathroom features a modern and chic vanity and glass-door shower/tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, glasses and flatware. It has most items you'll need to cook a meal. We have a microwave, toaster, and blender, as well as full appliances: an electric stove, a large stainless steel fridge, and a stainless steel dishwasher. The sliding glass doors open up to a shared back yard area where you will have access to a BBQ grill that is shared with another unit as well as our shared laundry room. At the front of the unit, there is a sunny porch with a table and chairs where you can relax, dine alfresco, or get some work done if needed. That front porch faces the parking area of our building. Our condo is ideal for anyone who wants to experience an extended stay living like a local at the beach! It's a great spot for remote workers, and we have the fastest WiFi offered by our provider. It's also a good place for people relocating and/or those in between housing. If you would like to book for longer than we have the calendar open for, please do inquire, as we can often open it up beyond. THINGS TO KNOW: BEDS: There's a king-size bed in the bedroom and the couch in the living room can also be a sleeping space. PARKING: We offer free on-site parking for one vehicle. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate a 2nd car. Free neighborhood parking is available if you have guests with additional cars. SUPPLIES: We are happy to provide you with some basic essential supplies at the start of your stay, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, spices, etc. If you need more, though, you will need to get that yourself as we don't provide bottomless refills as part of your stay. There are several markets that are nearby and walking distance where you can easily get essentials. LAUNDRY: We have an on-site laundry room with a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. Usage is free and we do provide detergent. The machines are shared with other guests and also used by our cleaners. ENTRANCE: This is a lower-level unit in a building with other condos. There is an outdoor entrance on a deck from where the parking area is. Check-In/Check-Out Times: We use a self-check-in system that allows you to check-in at 4pm or any time after. Check out time is 11am. We DO NOT allow early check or or late check outs. Air Conditioning/Heat: We have a portable AC in the bedroom and a space heater for heat. We provide a space heater and a tower fan for the living room. Small pets considered for a $200 pet fee as long as barking/noise won't be an issue and they aren't left alone for extended periods of time. Utilities are included.
