NEWLY RENOVATED! Our upper-level 2-bedroom/2-bathroom has been remodeled with all new cabinets, counter-tops, floors and windows. Many of the kitchen appliances are new. The bathrooms have been fully redone as well. In Unit Washer/Dryer recently added! Enjoy an extended stay at the beach in a newly remodeled condo just minutes from the sand! You'll be living like a local on this peaceful street that's just a few minutes walking-distance to great local restaurants, bars, coffee, & shopping. It's a great space for remote work, an extended vacation, or spot to stay at between housing or during home renovations. We have all the comforts of home in a prime location! Our spacious upper-level unit features a large living room with a comfy deep-seated couch, 60" SMART TV with a ROKU that connects to streaming cable, and a dining area that seats 4 where you can enjoy meals. There's also a small balcony that overlooks the neighborhood. The kitchen features many new appliances (oven, microwave, and dishwasher) as well as a large refrigerator. It's fully stocked with dishware, glassware, cookware, and most items needed to make a meal. We have a drip-coffee maker, toaster oven, and blender, too. There's a small nook just off the kitchen with a serving station that offers extra storage and space to set out food. We also have a small table and two chairs by the window. The hallway bedroom has two queen size beds and a large closet. There's also a 32" SMART TV with a ROKU box that has streaming cable. The hallway bathroom is quite large and features a newly renovated bathtub shower. The master bedroom has a king bed, desk, and a 50" SMART TV that can connect to streaming cable as well. There's a walk-in closet and also a small balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a brand new glass door shower. Downstairs we have an outdoor patio area that is reserved just for you (it's not attached to the unit itself and is accessible from the parking area). It features a dining table and BBQ grill--a great spot to soak up the sun for relaxing or working outside if you'd like. We welcome groups of up to 5 people and host only for 30-days or more at a time. If you would like to book for longer than we have the calendar open for, please do inquire, as we can often open it up beyond. Guest access We offer free on site parking for 1 vehicle. There is also neighborhood parking that can be used if you have a second car. The condo is located in a building where we have other units. There is a unit next door and two below. Everything that you see pictured is private and yours to enjoy. Other things to note PARKING: We offer free on-site parking for one vehicle. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate a 2nd car. Free neighborhood parking is available if you have guests with additional cars. SECURITY CAMERAS: For your safety and to ensure that important house rules are followed, we have installed security cameras outside of the property. The cameras point at and record the outdoor parking area as well as the entrance to the stairwell that leads up to your unit from the parking spaces. The cameras are not pointed inside the unit and of course do not record anything inside the unit itself. WiFi: We have the strongest wireless internet offered by our provider. We have hosted many "work from home" guests who have been on numerous video conferencing calls with no issues. ENTRANCE: This is an upper-level unit in a building with other condos. There is an outdoor entrance that is shared with one other unit. There are no in-door shared spaces or entrances. PATIO: The patio pictured is located on the ground level and reserved only for guests in this unit. SUPPLIES: We are happy to provide you with some basic essential supplies at the start of your stay, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, spices, etc. If you need more, though, you will need to get that yourself as we don't provide bottomless refills as part of your stay. There are several markets that are nearby and walking distance where you can easily get essentials. Air Conditioning/Heat: We have a mini-split for heat/AC in the living room and also one in both bedrooms. All utilities includes, including streaming cable and fast WiFi
