The master has a nice walk in closet and tiled master bath. The backyard has concrete patio that you can use to entertain guests and relax in the presence of roses and peach tree. And you will love the tons of sweet peaches that the tree produces every summer. And worry free, cause the sprinkler system takes care of watering all the plants and those in pots too! And all of this in a courtyard style layout with the community facing the Northgate park. The 11 mile Alameda Bay Trail (from the mountain to the bay) is minutes away from the home. And you don't need to drive to any grocery - you can just walk to Ranch 99, Albertsons or indian groceries and the community is just few minutes drive to the Union City BART station. 880 is 1/2 mile away and Dumbarton bridge access is great. This was a happy home and we enjoyed every moment of our stay in the home.
