Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner or other designee may come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given if possible.
Cameras if present, are placed for exterior of property only. Refer to your booking to confirm if cameras are present.
If a grill is an amenity at this listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use.
If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper checkouts...
