I'm looking for someone to take over my unit in October or by November 1st, as I'm looking to move for personal reasons. I've loved living here- the unit gets great natural light and is in close proximity to Rock Creek Park. The kitchen has been redone in the past five years and has a dishwasher, electric stove, and wine rack. The apartment has a floor to ceiling window in the bedroom and living room, and windows in both the kitchen and bathroom. The balcony is big enough for two chairs and bistro table- I've loved having outdoor space as I've transitioned to working from home. The apartment is 3 blocks to Elle Coffee shop and a nice corner store, the bars (which now have outdoor seating) are about 4 blocks away. Owner pays water, security deposit due before move-in. Electricity bills run between 20 and 40 a month, July was my highest at 42 USD.
