    What we love about this property: This home was our home for 6 years before we decided to move into a single family. A complete renovation has been done to the property - top to bottom. Higher end finishes throughout, floor to ceiling windows, large baseboards and window trim give this home charm. Kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances. Living areas have wood look laminate flooring. Both bedrooms have large closets. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED in the rent except for cable/internet. Cable and internet are optional and can be purchases through Spectrum. Laundry is shared, but FREE for tenants. Tenants share garage, backyard, and basement for storage. This is not your average upper unit. We are a small rental company in Kenosha (owners are the property managers). Here is a video walk-through of the apartment to YouTube. Showings are limited to pre-qualified applicants only. Complete the pre-qualification application here. Requirements: No Previous Evictions First month rent, security deposit, pet fees/rent due at lease signing. 1-year lease minimum (no month to month, we are looking for a long-term tenant) Currently, we are not taking Section 8 or other housing assistance programs. Employer/Income Verification: Applicant's income information will be verified. Households are required to gross at minimum $36,000 annually. If applicant is self-employed, a tax return from the most recent year is required. If applicant is unemployed, we will require proof of funds exceeding 2.5 times the lease length cost of the residence. Credit: A complete credit report from a major nationwide credit reporting agency is required for all Applicants. Criminal Background Check: A criminal background check will be conducted on all applicants. Collections, Money Judgements or Outstanding Balances: Automatic denial will occur if any applicant has a collection, judgment or balance to a utility company or previous landlord. In the event a denial occurs solely based on the money owed and the amount is paid in full and proof of payment is provided, then the application may be reconsidered. Owner pays Trash, Water, Sewer, Electricity, Heat, AC, Lawn maintenance, and Snow Removal. Leasee pays Cable/Internet (optional).
