The apartment comes fully furnished with furniture; kitchen table and hutch, sofa, 2 Queen beds, dressers, nightstands, and an office complete with large L desk and a wall lined with bookshelves. The office can be easily turned into a third bedroom, (but you would need to bring a bed (will fit a queen) and dresser). Area rugs will be left in all rooms as well. A few porch furniture items will also be provided. Large window AC for main living area provided if needed, as well as 2 smaller bedroom window ACs. The house is home to other professionals (including the owner) who are quiet, friendly, responsible and respectful. We are looking for a tenant/tenants who would fit in well and are also respectful. We are the owners of the entire building. $3200 for monthly rent but that includes utilities and fully furnished apartment. Option to remove certain furnishings that tenant may already have.
