Located in a quiet community. Freshly painted white walls with new trim. New front and back door. Parking pad located in the front of the unit. Lawn care comes 2 times per month to cut the grass and plant flowers in the spring. We have a compactor and recycling bin located on property for our residents. Residents are responsible for their utilities in their apartment (power, water, gas and internet). We do not have a pet deposit but we do have a monthly pet fee of $20 per month per dog. No cats allowed.
