TENANT is responsible for maintaining all furniture and appliances in good working condition. TENANT is responsible for replacement costs of furniture, appliances that are not returned, not in working order, or are damaged. The rental agreement will be terminated immediately if your public behavior is found disruptive, threatening, or endangers the well-being of the property, residents or neighborhood.
