The kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher and is in the process of having new quartz countertops installed, plus new sink and faucet. There is also a second deck off the kitchen that looks down onto the garden. I just had the chimney rebuilt last week and a new roof will be going in on June 11th. The back garden can be used for entertaining but is a shared space with the tenants down below. There is a large basement however I don't allow tenants to park their cars inside because there are no separating walls. Rent is $2300 per month (for 2 person occupancy) with a $2300 deposit.
