I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment for the rest of my lease, which ends in July. My apartment is carpeted and is perfect for one person. It doesn't face the street so it is quiet with brand new windows. The bedroom has a big closet for lots of clothes and etc. There is also storage space available if you have a couple of things you don't have space for. The lobby is locked and in order to get into the building you need a key or guest may use the intercom system. It is right by UW-Milwaukee Campus and on the same street as other stores and restaurants. Coin laundry is on site, also there is a laundromat a block up the street. I am willing to throw in a few things like a couch and other smaller appliances if you decide you want to sublease. Heat and water are included in your rent. The only utility I pay for is electricity which comes to around thirty dollars a month. At&t does set up cable and internet in the building so you have the opportunity to get service from them.Heat and water are included in rent
