Tenant pays for all utilities: water, electric, yard maintenance, and internet. Tenant pays for first month, security deposit, and move out cleaning fee ($150). Security deposit is refundable upon move out inspection. 1 small pet maximum with additional move out cleaning fees and pet security deposit ($500).
