The townhome takes up the top three floors with its own entrance. There is separate business at street level.
Utilities for electricity, gas and garbage are paid by tenant at a 65% rate and depends upon usage. Owner provides high speed Internet. This is a non-smoking townhome. One parking space sized for up to a mid-size car (think Honda CRV) + a motorcycle or scooter is provided.
A lease agreement will be filled-out and signed, and you will be asked for a credit history check. First month's rent and deposit will be due at move-in, but the final rent can be paid in installments.
Rent terms are ideally one year, and I have an agent that can provide you with low cost renters insurance, the same company that covers the townhouse.
