We provide 1GB Internet and there is fast ethernet and multiple plug-ins throughout the space since it was once used as an office. The couch in the living room also folds down into a full bed for visitors. And you have a stack washer and dryer in the townhome for laundry. The TV has an Amazon Firestick with Prime TV provided. The townhome takes up the top three floors with its own entrance. There is separate business at street level. Utilities for electricity, gas and garbage are paid by tenant at a 65% rate and depends upon usage. Owner provides high speed Internet. This is a non-smoking townhome. One parking space sized for up to a mid-size car (think Honda CRV) + a motorcycle or scooter is provided. A lease agreement will be filled-out and signed, and you will be asked for a credit history check.
