This is best for a single person or couple who wishes to have a guest room or office. There are two reasons for this. First the bathroom is located in the master bedroom. A room divider can be set up to allow privacy for the person/couple sleeping in the master bedroom, but I don't think this would be ideal for two separate roommates using each bedroom, but sharing the bathroom. Also, the second bedroom is quite small. It's large enough for a queen size bed and has a closet, but that's about it. This house features an over-sized backyard perfect for campfires, hanging out, and enjoying the weather. Pets are welcome. This is a duplex, so the backyard is shared with the other side of the duplex (which has a separate entrance). The lovely Lower Highlands neighborhood (LoHi) is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Denver. Walk anywhere in LoHi in less than 15 minutes, with retail, bars, and restaurants starting less than a few minutes away on 32nd street. Quick access to downtown and to I-70 and I-25 as well. -Lease term is flexible. Short term or month to month is OK. Long term is also an option. -Furnished
