This is a quite pleasant house with lots of light. It is surprisingly quiet for being located on California Ave SW. Truth in renting: This is an older house with some typical older house features. There is not much acoustic separation between this unit and the one below, so if you like to stomp around in logging boots and play Death Metal at 150 decibels at 3:00 AM, this is probably not the ideal place for you. Thoroughly cleaned and fairly recently painted, it is available now. Tenant responsible for electrical, water sewer and waste utilities.
