The home is fully furnished and equipped and has an extra deep two-car garage with automatic door openers. Fifteen minutes away, in Garden City, UT, you'll find restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. A well-stocked liquor store is in Fish Haven, ID, only 30 minutes away. The beaches of Bear Lake are only 5-10 minutes from the house. Beach chairs, towels, and beach toys are available for your use. There's even a fishing pole and tackle box! Everything about this home and it's setting is private, quiet, and peaceful. It's the perfect get-out-of-the-city retreat! Tenant pays for propane gas, water, trash, electricity and internet (totals approximately $250/month). Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use in the home or on the premises. A large detached garage/workshop is on the property which the owner may access at any time but which the tenant will have no access to. It is advised that the tenant may need a front-wheel, all-wheel, or four-wheel drive to access the home should the private entry road become muddy or snowy.
