The newer windows keep the space nice and quiet. Required is a 30 dollar application fee to do our own background/credit check, income must be roughly 3x the rent or show ability to pay. No smoking. No cats. Small dog okay once approved/met with 50 dollar per month pet rent. Tenant pays gas/heat, electricity and internet/phone. We have been doing an airbnb for several years.
