Walking distance from the Safeway on 28th and Iris and about a 10 minute drive to the campus. We can do in person or FaceTime tours. The takeover of our lease would start Jan 1 and end at the end of June with the option to renew. Hoping to rent it together starting Jan 1 but can try and match people if you don't have someone to move in with! This has been such a great townhouse and I hope the next tenants will love it as much as we did. $2400 for whole unit or $1200 for single room, with utilities under $100/month. This is a 6-month lease takeover of a 12-month lease, beginning Jan 1 2023 and ending June 30, 2023, with the option to renew a year-long lease. Renter is responsible for water, electricity, and wifi. There are two assigned parking spots, one covered one not, and ample guest parking. This is a non-smoking and no-pets-allowed property.
