In the hallway between the bedrooms there is additional closet space for linens and shoes. The townhouse has central heating and air and has its own central monitored security system. On top of the townhouse is a private roof patio for your exclusive use. There is a two car tandem separate garage in the alley that has remote operated garage door and there is a storage closet. There are no laundry facilities within the townhouse, but there are laundry facilities on-site. If you chose not to use the on-site facilities you will be given a monthly allowance to use an outside service of your choice.
