It comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom, a guest bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom, a guest bedroom with twin beds and private bathroom, and additional guest rooms with a queen bed and two twin beds sharing a connecting bathroom. The Marsh House is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, Cuisinart, gas grill, TVs, HDTV, washer, dryer, stereo, and high-speed wireless internet. The upstairs game room provides additional entertainment options, and an outside shower is available for your convenience. Premade beds and a luxury linen package, including sheets, hand towels, bathmats, washcloths, and bath towels, are included to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a range of available services, including beach gear rentals with a $50 daily credit for stays of 3 to 21 nights. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks are available for rent. Additional services such as grocery delivery, in-home chef services, and babysitting can be arranged. The home also offers a Sports Membership, granting access to two community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis, and the Pete Dye golf course for a fee of $200 per day. Car passes are required and cost $20 per car, with a maximum of six cars allowed. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The maximum number of cars allowed is six, and car passes must be displayed visibly at all times. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM. Check-in day during the summer is Friday. The speed limit within the community is 25 miles per hour, and guests are advised to be cautious and courteous, yielding to pedestrians, bikers, golfers, skaters, and wildlife.
