    What's special

    The home/office consists of three rooms, a split bathroom, and a basement. The middle room has been set up with a fridge, microwave, and stove top. The rear room is carpeted and has been furnished with a queen size bed, desk, and closet. The front room has a coffee table and two couches. There are floor vents for the heater and existing lines for the heater. Currently there is no heater. The swamp cooler is hooked up to ceiling vents and hooked up to the water line. The main water line was replaced in 2011 and runs to the bathroom, as well as two outside water faucets; one outside of the shop building and one outside of the office building. The bathroom is currently under renovation, and upon completion will have a full shower, a bathroom sink, a toilet and a large deep bowl wash sink. The walls have been taken down to the framing in order to fix water heater lines and grounding the electricity. The bathroom will be split to a shower and bathroom sink on one side, and a toilet and shop sink on the other side. The bathroom has seperate doorway entrees on both sides. The main entrance to the office faces the south, and the main road. The roof will be replaced with a metal roof in the coming months as well. The shop building has two metal sliding doors; one facing east towards the main gate, and a secondary entrance facing the rear gate entrance. The interior of the shop has skylights, hanging flourescent lights, and electrical outlets all around the shop, as well as a small wooden office inside of the main building. The entire property is fenced in with barb wire fence. The property is perfectly set up for a number of services businesses. Trucking, storage, welding, and auto repair would fit right for the property.
