It is a bright and cheery studio apartment with an open floor plan and a beautiful new kitchen with new appliances. It has hardwood floors throughout except for the bathroom and kitchen which are tiled. It has a kitchenette. It is located on a wonderful property and the landlord is involved in organic agriculture if you want to get involved you can share in the Bountiful Orchard and Gardens. You can also learn a lot about gardening if you're interested. This is not required, but I really would like somebody That has an interest in using the wonderful serene property that it sits on. There's parking for at least two cars. There is also a shared outdoor gazebo. Garbage removal and snow plowing are included the tenant pays electric, cable, internet. Tenants are required to recycle. The apartment has electronic hydronic baseboard heaters which are 33% more efficient than regular baseboard heaters there are also wonderful large glass sliding doors in the front of the living room making it very bright if you choose to open up the vertical blinds which are provided. The apartment is located close to Sanofi, Great Wolf, and grocery stores and other amenities are about 3 miles away in Tannersville. There is a tenant next door who is very quiet and has been renting from me for a while. I do not allow pets and if you smoke you are required to do it outside. The landlord lives on site and has been a landlord for over 35 years. My tenants often stay quite a while on this property because it is pretty darn awesome. I do plan to paint the outside of the apartment next spring that's the only thing that really needs doing. Tennants need to provide proof of income I also Take first,last and security So the total to move in is $4,500 I prefer no pets. Master Bedroom 11.5x12.5 ft, 2nd Bedroom 13.4x9.9 ft, Livingroom 16.8x14.5 ft, Sometimes after people stay with me for a while and they prove themselves I will allow them to get a cat. I do not allow dogs. First month's rent, security deposit and last month's rent are required. I only do year leases at this property. I provide garbage removal,snow plowing, water, sewer. Please no smoking in the apartment. There is an area right outside the front door if you want to smoke or you can smoke at the Gazebo. I've been told I'm a wonderful landlord for the past 35 years I really enjoyed being a landlord and I service my tenants very quickly you don't have to wait if there's ever a problem with an appliance or anything else in the apartment. I live on the property in another house so I'm always easy to find.
