It is our home and we would live there if not for "needs of the Navy". The house does not have central AC. Included are 2 window - one in each bedroom.

We are looking for a couple with excellent credit (700+), income 3x the monthly rent, and willing to sign for 2 years. No single year leases will be entertained. We are not looking for multiple individuals or couples sharing the property. No subletting is authorized. No interest in short term renting or vacation rentals. No dogs. Cats considered with an additional $500 refundable pet deposit. Strict no smoking policy. Any smoking on property will result in forfeiture of entire deposit.
Advertised rent includes gardening & pest control service paid for by owners. While owners maintain the billing for water, gas, electric, and internet services, a flat monthly fee will be paid for these services which is equivalent to the average rate these services have been the past 3 years.
