The space: Enter your space using a personalized door code into your large living room, complete with a 55inch 4K TV and cozy overstuffed L-shaped couch. Beyond the living room is the kitchen with a full sized fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave and table. You'll also find two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed, large egress window (with blackout curtains), desks and spacious closets. Between the bedrooms is the laundry room with your own washer/dryer and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Guest access: The private entrance is located at the front of the house with steps leading down (below the porch). There is a door code that is used to enter your space and it is changed after every guest completed their stay for you safety and ours. You will also notice a Ring camera at the exterior of the front for additional safety measures. The entire basement apartment is your own space and not shared with anyone else. My girlfriend and I (along with our dog) do live upstairs so you may hear us walking around throughout the day. Other details to note: There is free street parking available in front of the house that is first come, first serve. We do offer paid private parking in the back of the house next to our garage for an additional $50/month if you'd like. It is only large enough for one vehicle.
