The condo has a private laundry room with a washer and dryer installed. There is private underground parking for the tenants, a swimming pool, a Ralph's Supermarket, Starbucks, and Baskin & Robbins Ice Cream shop 3 blocks walking distance from the condo. The condo is a 5-10 minutes' drive from the Glendale Americana Mall. You must be a male, non-smoker, non-drinker who is clean, fully employed, have a sense of humor, non-dramatic or confrontational, friendly, no psychiatric issues, and have a sense of accountability and responsibility.
