Failure to report issues promptly that results in increased damage may result in tenant liability for additional repair costs. Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles per household for regular use - must park in garage/driveway. Guest vehicles permitted for short visits (under 72 hours). No inoperable vehicles, commercial trucks, RVs, boats, or trailers without written approval. Smoking & Pets: No smoking anywhere on property.
