I am looking to rent this home for $2650 for one year. If you have suffered a loss to your home, you may contact me and I may be agreeable to renting the home for under a year. Newly remodeled 3 br 2 ba home in Highland IN. All flooring has been either replaced or refinished. Brand new stainless appliances in Kitchen and new washer dryer. Basement is completely finished with new carpet, paint, and lighting. There is an covered three season room and a new deck. Garage is oversize for 2 cars. The three bedrooms have all new carpet and paint. The main bathroom has a new tub, shower and vanity. This is an incredibly nice home and I expect the residents to take care of it. The home will not be rented to anyone who has not shown a history of responsibility. The lease will be for one year unless the residents have suffered a loss to their home. Then I will be agreeable to renting until their home is ready. The Landlord will be responsible for grass cutting. The tenant will be responsible for snow removal. I do not require renters insurance but recommend it.
