Guests will be able to park their vehicles in the driveway and be able to utilize the laundry room as well. The true highlight is the spacious backyard, designed for entertainment with a hot tub, basketball, and put put. The backyard also has cornhole, a mini golf course, a grill, and a firepit. The home is located in the North Mountain neighborhood of Phoenix, known for its beautiful desert landscapes and proximity to hiking spots like the North Mountain and Shaw Butte. It's a peaceful neighborhood with a suburban feel, yet still close to downtown Phoenix for all the city amenities. The home is 16 miles or 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and there is a $1,000 fine for violations. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment, and there is a $500 fine for violations. No tampering with noise monitors or cameras is allowed, and there is a $500 fine for violations. Guests are liable for any damage to the property and should report any damages noticed at check-in. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID.
