The roof is in good condition, it has never leaked, but hasn’t been replaced in over 15 years, so it may need a new one in the near future. Sold as is. Electric and plumbing are in excellent condition, so is the AC/heater unit. Even though the house needs some repairs, nothing requires urgent care. Buyers can take their time repairing it while at the same time save many hundreds of dollars on a monthly mortgage payment. Invest a few thousand dollars in repairs at your own pace, and instantly raise the value of the house by three times of what you spent repairing it. The real value of this house right now is over $360,000, because it has a finished basement, and not every similar house in that neighborhood has one. Don’t wait until I change my mind and fix it myself with a few thousand dollars and the cost goes up $30,000. The home officially has 3 bedrooms but there’s an additional bedroom in the basement which only has a small basement window, so technically I can’t count it. But in reality it is 4 bedrooms, fyi. Also, the main link says 4 bathrooms but it really is 3 1/2 (2 on the top floor, 1 in the basement, and 1/2 on the main floor), but for some reason it doesn’t show it that way. Fenced backyard.
