Located in a safe, fire-free neighborhood, the cottage offers a King bed suite with a loft, private parking, and stunning views. Enjoy a full kitchen, coffee station, Washer/Dryer, 50" Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a desk for work. Perfect for a peaceful, convenient Malibu stay! Please treat our home and neighborhood with respect. No smoking inside. No parties and we ask noise levels to drop as of 9:30 pm per Malibu City Noise Ordinance. The cottage is on septic, do not put excess toilet paper or feminine hygiene products in toilets. Please be aware that Malibu is a high fire risk area, and fireworks are strictly prohibited to ensure the safety of our community and the environment. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
