Occupancy should match your reservation; no events or additional gathering of people at the location even during daylight hours
Upon request from host, you must provide ID and selfie holding ID for additional verification (more likely enforced for guests with 0 or few reviews. Outdoor (only) cameras are present on the property and cannot be repositioned, blocked, disabled, etc.
Garage usage is not included.
Swing set is old and was installed prior to our ownership--we do not recommend using it; use at your own risk; host is not responsible for any related harm. Fire pit was installed prior to our ownership and is not compliant with local laws--do not use; any damage or fines will be the guest's responsibility.
Yard work may occur during your stay and we might need to come to the yard to manage the robot lawnmower. We will try not to disturb you.
You can use the ON/OFF/toggle button on the exterior driveway lights to turn them off or change the color.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED due to allergy concerns.
Exceptions can be considered in advance and if approved, you will have agreed to a $20 per pet per day fee.
Extended Stays:
-Guests staying more than 7 days are otherwise expected to perform general/reasonable cleaning; brooms, mops, and other cleaning supplies are in the hallway closet
-Guests staying more than 13 days must allow the host to perform a weekly or biweekly walkthrough (if requested) that can be scheduled at the guest's convenience
-If the host feels that inadequate maintenance of cleanliness could cause harm to the property or incur excessive cleaning expenses at checkout a security deposit may be needed and/or the reservation cancellation procedure may be initiated if the guest does not remedy the problem

The following acts, among others, are declared to be loud, disturbing, and unnecessary noises, in violation of this article, and are declared to be unreasonably loud, disturbing and unnecessary noises ooffensive to the ordinary sensibilities of the city's inhabitants, rendering the enjoyment of life or property uncomfortable, and interfering with the peace and comfort "

-A Minut, or similar, decibel section device may be present in the home; these device do NOT record sound or video; they are designed to detect/prevent/alert host of excessive noise such as parties or safety alarms
