Close to downtown Omaha, zoo, Metro Crossing, casinos, and all interstates. Off street parking in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Rent or utilities could be somewhat negotiable depending on responsibilities and assistance the tenant can provide (mowing, shoveling, help with taking trash to curb, handyman help, etc.) Would prefer single tenant with no pets (could be negotiable.) Stealing and cRaZy exes are definitely dealbreakers and will not be tolerated. Smokers are ok.
